After extensive searches & negotiations had concluded, my ISF finally arrived @ the Dealers from Portabury only to stall due to the "new private plate transfer system" that takes as long as it takes to process---only after 10 working days of them receiving the paperwork can you find out when you are likely to receive the good news!

All I can think is JULY '11 car sales must be @ an all time high & they all involve cherished no. plates!---what Recession?
