hi guys,

i ve recently changed head gasket on my lexus is200,2001. it seemed ok till yesterday when i noticed that engine seemed too hot, opened the bonnet and water was boiling in radiator although temperature stayed normal on dashboard. could anyone please tell me,what are the most major reasons of this problem? i ll be lucky if it s only thermostat or what else could it be?

steve i hope it s not head gasket, otherwise i ll get heart attack before spending another 2500 pounds :crybaby:

You could buy a new car for that money. You need to change garage if they want to charge that much for a HG replacement!
