You'd be looking at around £150 per shock for something decent like Koni so you're only £50 off the BCs. There are cheaper ones on the market but they're only going to be as good as standard OE. You'd be better off getting a stiffer rear sway bar if you don't intend to invest in some decent shocks . I got my Cusco rear sway bar for NZ$300 which at the current exchange rate is about £150. Have you done front & rear strut braces? They're cheap & work well to firm things up in the corners.

Bilstein are good. Motorsportworld are doing the rears and front shocks at £115 each including VAT at the moment.

I would steer clear of the cheaper makes like Gmax, Apex etc.

Hi all, was wondering if there are good aftermarket shocks about that wont brake the bank, like apex or gmax
