Late Night Pictures Of My Is200

Hello all, here is my IS200 with some swishy lighting.

Set camera on a tripod in a dark location. Set the shutter speed to slow (25 seconds in this case), press take picture button and while it's taking the picture run around the car waving a torch randomly in the air.

If any of you do try this, remember you'll have to set the aperature to quite a high setting otherwise the light source will just wash out the picture after a few seconds.

got it! aperture high, shutter speed low! ok lol. i only just got my camera so still learning all the bits!

It's a really effective tool when used properly, see if you can find yourself a motorway bridge nearby aswell and try doing this with the same method...

It's easy enough to do just make sure to wear dark clothes, especially shoes, otherwise you may get feint ghost feet all around your shot.

Thanks. I'm pleased the car looks good as I spent enough time cleaning it earlier in the day! As for neighbours, I was way off in the middle of nowhere. Only person wondering what the hell was going on would be the Farmer who's dirt track I was using haha.
