Hi guys

I am new to the club and need some help, has any one else had this. A few second after stopping the car it makes a creak fart noise, i can not workout where it is coming from. And it's not my seat :-)

I am glad someone else has mentioned this. Yes, I have this on my 2009. It seems noticeable when coming off the pedal after firm braking. Dealer did not have an explanation, but did not seem concerned. I am guessing maybe something to do with the brakes and regeneration system, but its only a theory.

I had this noise on 400H and have it now on 450H. This must be a "trademark" feature :). It does come when you break sharply and quickly release the pedal. If you release the pedal smoothly, it shouldn't be heard.

hi, yes i'm 100 percent sure its power storage or power transfer or whatever the regenerative system does.

Mine does it when i have put it into park, then when i shut down the car (park and footbrake on) it makes a sucking noise

and you hear a whirrrrrr noise a moment later (maybe soaking up the electricity.. someone should know)

Seems normal with hybrids.
