Satnav Disc

Hi Folks,

Am a new member having recently bought a 2007 SC430 with 12500 miles on clock.

Lovely motor - fast and comfortable and whisper quiet - Jeremy Clarkson must have had a bad day to have given it such a poor review.

Am currently achieving just over 20mpg around town and 32ish on a journey.

I have Two questions which I am hoping someone out there will know the answer to.

1. How do you eject the Satnav disc to check its part number - have taken off the plastic cover in the boot and pushed the button on the left hand side and slid it to the left - but nothing happens?

2. Does anybody know which fuse controls the cigarette lighter as it is not working - non smoker so need it for standalone equipment.

Haven't seen any others in the area (near Heathrow) and wondered if there is a local meet up for that area.

Hi,you should be able to see or locate a small black button that you press to eject the disc if i am not wrong, regarding the cigarette lighter, locate the fuse box take the cover off and on the inside of the cover you should find a list of what fuses are for what, alternatively have a look at the owners manual if you have one and it should tell you.hope this helps

  • 1 year later...

With the ignition on press and hold the eject button and if it has a disc it will pop out, make sure you push the sliding mechanism open first as if you don't the disc won't be able to eject
