hi all,

with my previous BMW - I was able to close all windows when i remote central locked my car.

its not the same with my lexus - does anyone know if this is possible??? do i need to tweak my current standard central locking system or do i need to buy something extra?

Appreciate your thoughts guys..

cheers

thanks Ormi and Janey - appreciate the responses.

sadly seems a lil too technical for me.. i just hope there was a kit that was availbale that we just had to plug in somewhere - wishful thinking.

thanks again.

Mine is a 2003 & they dont close by holding the lock button. But I did find a clossure module online for 70 sheets, took about 30 mins to fit according to the web site.. the link above is only for the mirrors though, does anyone have a diag for the windows???

Mark.

my wife has a 1990 Merc, 230e, holding the key [in the door] in the lock

position closes all windows and roof.

I'm sick my Mk.2 LS won't do it!

I spoke to an ICE/SECURITY installer this morning who said he belives the full closure is just a software update at the dealers.......anyone know if this is right or not ????????

Its not a software update as the electronics aren't there to support it. you can take a further couple of relays off the mirror closure and connect to your window control.

Have a look HERE
