Hey! Iv got a 99 Auto Is200. Anybody got any idea how to take apart the Gear Selector in order to replace the snow button/switch?

The snow button isnt clicking in when pressed and isnt switching the SNOW light on the dash. . . . The PWR button beside it works fine

Any help would be greatly appreciated prior to any blizzards hitting us over Christmas!
