Still loving my car beautiful, reliable, stealthy, and a hidden weapon purring under bonnet that harldy gets a whisker out of place when you ask her to leap into action .... but its insurance time and tescos are charging too much so thought I'd ask wh you could reccomend for fully comp ..

There have been many discussions and topics relating to insurance,the best advice I can give is to try the price comparison sites first then the more specialised insurers. Mine is an import so mainstream insurers don't want to know.

Bear in mind generally the lower the premium the higher the excess so at 1st glance the quote may look a bargain until you have to make a claim and it's 1K on the excess.

I am presently insured with Sky insurance who are present on the LOC but in the past have used A-Plan and Performance Direct.

There are too many variables when it come to insurance,area,age,driver experience etc so it comes down to individual quotes.

indeed is is all an individual thing I went with AdrianFLux in the end they advertise here and give owners from this forum a bit of a discount so I got a good deal : tesco wanting £1071 and getting £478+52 for homestart was a GREAT deal - sod off to Tesco's!
