High Idle Speed When Cold?

Hi,

I've tried searching the forum but couldn't get an answer to my problem :-(

My IS200 1999 Sport, idles at 2000 RPM when cold! When it's warmed up there's nothing wrong, it idles at 600-700 RPM. No fault codes and TPS is adjusted corectly. Throttle body is also clean.

Does anyone have the same problem or maybe someone knows what is causing this?

Really? Isn't 2000 RPM at cold start too much..

It is normal and the way Lexus/Toyota get the engine temperature up quickly.
