Lexus Store Caliper Decal Order

Well, ordered and paid for my Curved Caliper Decals from the Lexus store. They arrived quickly. Problem is, there are only three instead of four in the pack. So, it is one short. Tried e-mailing to ask for order to be completed as there was one missing, but getting no replies..... Anyone offer any help as to how I can get my order competed.

Had a very similar problem a couple of years ago with the decals for my IS200 SE. They sent one short and no matter how many emails I sent, they never replied or sent the missing decal.

Are you sure you should be getting 4 "LEXUS" ones ?

Think I got some "LEXUS" ones for the front calipers with some lexus "L" ones for the rears.

Three of each if memory serves so a spare of each type ?

Was several years ago so might be wrong or could be different now.

not something I recommend if there is any other possible way, but if you have paid with Credit card and are having no luck at with the company you can always ask you bank that you received the wrong item and want a charge back. This should surely get their attention.

For most decals I have seen (ebay) send 3 'Lexus' ones for the front calipers and 3 'L' for the rears, so 1 spare for each. The full 'Lexus' word ones don't fit the rears. See link for pics.
