Wiper Blades Replacement

Dear All,

Here I'm again to ask for your advise.

I just bought a pair of Bosch flat wiper blades but I'm having a hard time removing my old ones.

Has anyone had the same problem before?

They should literally just clip off. There is a small notch in the arm where the clip secures in. Just find the clip and dont be afraid to give it some force. In your pics they look fairly rusted so might take more force. Also I reckon abit of WD40 etc wouldnt go amiss. Also the clip clicks in on the side that faces the windscreen

In the orientation of your photo the wiper blade will need to be pushed downward so that the wiper arm actually comes out of the wiper blade side to unhook it.

Oh and it helps if members put their location in their profiles. There's often someone willing to give a hand for a brew in my experience.

I agree and if they don't want to clip off just tap down on it with a firm hand... If the clip breaks no problem as the new wiperblades should come with brand new clips ;)

I've still driven mine in decent rain yet, since changing to some el cheapo flat aero blades, picked up on eBay for under £6 - but they do a good job so far when jetting the screen :D But yeah, doddle to fit
