Entry Model Rx 300 (1999)

A Lexus dealer has an RX 300 - 1999 for $20,900 with 40k miles on it and it is a pre-owned certified car. The dealer told me it was a very basic model with minimal features. For example, it does not have a rear spoiler or moon roof.

It does have leather upholstery but one thing that surprised me, was that it did not have a CD player, just a cassette deck and radio.

Has anyone ever heard of an RX without a CD player? What else might it not have in it?

Sounds like it's overpriced. I got my wife a 1999 Lexus RX300, FULLY LOADED with Tow package and roof rack, with just 49K miles on it for $21,700. Silver color and oh yea... comes with a 6 disc CD changer. Carmax.com is where we got it. Great place to buy a precertified car.

Hello,

My 1999 RX 300 has a 6 disk CD changer in the glove box. The dealer must of removed it? My in dash deck has a "CD" button too.
