The car has probably been scrapped. It looks beyond repair.

I've seen worse cars than that get repaired

The guy who bought my Impreza Turbo parked it in a garden wall and most of the front end was missing and the airbags had deployed

An estimate was produced which came to around £10,000

I was going to buy it back in the damaged state for a couple of grand and repair it until I found out that the engine had been damaged

Thats an IS300...is it just reflection or does this IS has an aluminium dash kit?

Hard to tell if it's a chrome dash kit or not. The Lexus looks almost new though. Must have crashed it soon after getting it.
