Hello,
I will confirm your booking in our system for you.
No you don't have to collect the money in advance - if your group members quote that they are from the "Lexus Owners Club" the people who are on the till on that day will automatically put them through the till at Group Rate , this will also be noted down on the daily overview sheet which the paydesk will have a copy of, so they will also be aware that you will be coming in and paying as individuals.
Look forward to seeing you on the day.
Any more questions please feel free to email any time.
Many Thanks
Gemma

Please forgive me if I'm a bit slow here.

What day are you going to the museum, Sat or Sun?

What night are you camping, and if thats the Saturday, are you all leaving after breakfast on the Sunday?

Graham.

The meet is on the Saturday Graham, Regarding the camping i'm unable to organise that side of things due to sorting venue ect, I would have thought it will be saturday night after the meet.

There are links to nearby campsites in the first post.

Would anyone be willing/free to organise that side of things please???

I'll help organise the camping if nobody is doing so already

That would be great if you could Dinho, the offer is much appreciated.

Ok people who are camping we need to decide which site to camp on if we want to stay together.

Ian has listed 2 decent sites with links to both on the first post.

Just need peoples opinions and then a decision of which one you would rather stay at.

Hopefully we can all agree and camp out at the same place in the name of this meet :)

Fir Tree Farm (6 miles away)

or

Anitas Touring Caravan Park (8 miles away)

Anitas Touring Caravan Park

Regards camping,i do not mind which campsite we decide on, so count me as either will suffice :phone:

Would be great if we could all go to the same one, should be nice to spend an evening chatting, barbie etc if the weather holds up for us

Just thought i'd let people know about this for the camping at Anita's caravan park.

I sent her a few questions in an email and this was the reply.

Hi
We only have a standard pod available for that weekend (Bank Holiday) We don't provide tents I'm afraid, you bring your own and it's a minimum of 3 nights for Bank Hols.
The tenting areas are quite close to the pods.
If you need more info please email me again, we are here to help.
Cheers
Anita

So would have to book 3 nights if we wanted to stay there. I will try and find out about the other place.

Not sure if people are stopping for 1 or 2 nights..

Looks like she just lost some trade with that 3 night jobby.

I think we all will do 1 night only.
