Upgrading My 17" Alloys To 18" On My 220D

I'm looking to upgrade my alloys on my IS 220d, I've found some that I like but I'm worried about them rubbing due to the offset. Could anyone give me some advice on this, the alloys I'm looking at are:

18" 114.3 x 5, 8J ET35 I would put 225/40 on the front and 245/40 on the back.

so two questions, would the offset of 35 cause my fronts to rub?

Offset aside, is it ok to put 8J 18s on all four wheels rather than say 8 on front and 8.5 on the back?

just because recommended is 38-45, and will they not be too thin for the back wheels? sorry just don't know alot about this :)

Unless you plan to lower the car by a drastic amount there should be no rubbing because the OEM offsets are fairly conservative to start with. The tyre width 245 is fine on a 8inch wide wheel as can be seen from the 17" OEM wheels. A staggered setup is recommended but yours will work too.
