My electronic key is falling apart and the Dealer wants me to purchase another one for $200. There is nothing wrong with the electronic part, only the plastic case is breaking. They claim one can't buy those cases. Any advise?

Unless I am wrong (!) your key is like a lot of other Toyota/Lexus keys. Check out locksmiths or auto locksmiths in your local area. I bet you'll get a replacement for a fraction of $200. Or Try a Local breakers yard.
