If you do alot of night driving on country roads ide recommend doing the highs, as i really cant say many good things about the lights on the IS200! but i hardly even use my highs so not worth it for me. Ive got 5000k low beams in mine and they are great, never had any issues from other drivers flashing or anything either and doesnt seem to scattered like many cars on the road that try and pull it off. Of course it wont be long until someone comes along and trys to talk you into HIDs from HIDS4U which control the beams very accurately but you pay the price

If your getting HIDs souly for the benifit of them been a much better light output then go for 5000k or even better 4300k. If your doing it for the cosmetic reason also then 5000k or 6000k. 8000k look silly though
