Lexus Customer Portal - Device Id?

Hi guys

I'm trying to register my car on the Lexus Customer Portal but its asking me for a device ID from my sat nav but the instructions on how to recover this don't seem correct for my 450h as all I can find is the version of the nav DVD.

I've emailed Lexus but haven't had a response after almost a week, so wondered if anyone here had registered their car and if so how did you find the device ID?
