You can buy it from Michael Rychter (Ashpoint) from down under.

Check out this tread: http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/77416-auto-folding-mirrors/

I wanted to do it, but the fact that for RX you have to buy two units to install in the doors made me reconsider.

Here is a quote from his e-mail:

"I can supply the Po-40 and price is (normally) $A91 postpaid into any European city. But we don’t have any installation kit for the RX400h. We DO have for the RX300 and for that car you need two kits (one for each front door).

Be aware that your car must already have manual electric folding mirrors. The Po-40 does not add any electric motors to the mirrors."

As mentioned in this thread, you can get them from LOC member Ashpoint in Australia. He knows what he is talking about, as I was interested in these units a few months back and I had a very detailed Skype video call with him. He will supply them to you in the UK and also give you detailed instructions and knowing him, he will also give you on line help. I chickened out because no one in the UK has done this yet (as far as I know) and I am not that savvy on stripping the two front inner door panels off and getting involved with all the electrical wiring :( I was (am) waiting on someone in the UK to actually do it and get some feedback and then I may have a crack at it.

I am sure that any good auto electrican will be able to do this, all you need to do is buy the units from Ashpoint. If memory serves me correctly, I think he said that he was going to get someone in the UK to hold some units for him in the UK for UK orders, not sure if he has done that.

If you do go ahead with this, please be sure to let us all know how you get on.

Cheers

Bobby
