Have bought 2010 Is 250. Great car but very rough bumpy ride after my BMW 3 series. Can I do anything about this. Tyre change or any other solution.?

That surprises me that you would find it hard after a BMW. I had three Bmw's prior to buying my two Lexus and the Lexus is a far more supple ride in comparison.

did you have an older shape 5 or 7 series as these were a bit softer than the newer cars.

I changed from a is200 (2005) to a is 250 f sport 2010 and the ride on the 250 is harder than my previous is200.

also the tyres on the 250 are a lot lower profile than on a 200. you could try a bigger profile which should make the ride a bit more comfortable.

I find it difficult to believe that a Lexus is harder than a BMW. Nevertheless, check that you arent running on RUN FLAT tyres. They have a hard ride and definitely need to be changed. Also, check the suspension and see if its been changed. Apart from that, not much you can do apart from reduce the tyre pressure
