Tow Bars

Not wanting to hand over bags of silver to the taxman for a factory fitted tow bar, has anyone had an aftermarket one fitted yet?

My local place say it's "in development' but I'm going to need it when the car arrives..

Witter say it's still in development - that's not going to help me tow my bike - Aaarrgghh..

Can it not be factory fitted but you pay separately for it? Or is it the case that even if you do the BIK is still based on the total price?

Removable Witter bars have served me well over the years and typically they're 1/2 the price of the factory stuff (1/3 the price with an Audi!).

I'm sure they'll be available at some point so may just tap up Witter for some info' rather than via their fitters.

I may even put a bar on my wife's car instead so I don't get my new car all muddy!!!

Perhaps in hindsight I should have ticked the option box but you're right David with the BIK.
