are you using some kind of rpm digital meter?

i am getting 640rpm at idle

i find the factory tahcometer is not as accurate as the digital rpm meter

I estimated the rpm based on the needle position on the tahcometer.

what's the difference of reading between the analogue tahco and your digital rpm meter ?

i find the tacho and my rspec digital rev meter give different reading

when the digital rev meter say 1000rpm, the lexus tacho give say around 1100 to 1200 rpm

i don't know which one is correct but i know they are different

and also, sometime my rev get down really low..... (digital rev reading) it is usually at around 680-640....... sometime the engine idle at 590-560

u can acutally adjust the idle urself if u know how....... there are two screw on top of the throttle body..... they should be cover with a little white paint, i think lexus use it prevent ppl playing around with it

but if u r not sure... just goto lexus they will adjust for u
