Help: Metric Measurements

Recommended Posts

Well, lets see what we can do.

To convert the FM from 0.5 Mhz steps to 0.1 Mhz steps try www.edl.co.nz and get a PB1500 which will do what you want. Cost about USD 60.00. Dead easy to fit in line with Aerial.

Miles to Km. More difficult as usually its the other way round but try this link and call them

Lastly, I know no way of converting temperature, but suggest this quick rule of thumb you can do in you head. to convert from F to C. 60f -30= 30/2 = 15. So its F minus 30 then divide result by 2. Its close enough for most "reasonable" temperatures. Try these. 32f gives 1C (should be 0). 100F gives 35C which is about 36 really!

Hope that helps,

Nick, Harrogate in Yorkshire England.
