If so how to i set it back up iv looked n the site and havent come across any sort of guide etc? any help will be much appreciated.

it may be worth getting hold of the service manual, look on eBay for the cd rom versions which are usually pretty comprehensive and give all the required information for engine rebuilds.

If the same as the V8 engine fitted in the LS400 the valve clearances are set using shims.

You will need a manual to also provide the torque settings on reassembly.

Try this one.

You could up until recently download the service manual for free until Toyota Motor Corporation stepped in, so much for freedom of information in the motor trade.
