I have an is200 and it looks like the n/s/f wheel is sitting positive (camber) which obviously isnt good

Im sending it for a full wheel alignment but can anyone tell me if all 4 wheels are camber/caster/toe adjustable or is it just the front two that are adjustable with fixed fittings on the rears?

IS200/300 really need specialist geometry. Many of use use special settings (non Lexus) by 'Wheels in Motion' there is much info on this on the forum, suggest you look for 'geometry' 'wheels in motion' for info.

Yes all wheels are adjustable on an IS.

Toe isn't directly adjustable but can be adjusted indirectly by caster/camber.

As suggested look up WIM. Tony wrote the settings for the IS eliminating premature inner tyre wear and improving handling.
