When driving our 93 LS the car runs okay except when doing about 50-60mph.

At 1600-1900rpm the car feels like it hesitates and doesn't run as smooth. Increase the power or accelerate quickly and it's fine or go below 1600 and there is no problem. The car is due a service soon but what could it be? :duh:
