Hi guys,

More issues, sorry, starting a new thread.

The foot rest in my IS250 appears to have collapsed, its just a bit of plastic thats clips on as far as I can see.

What do you recon is the best replacement.

I have seen these Stainless or Aluminium pedals on eBay. Was wondering would the foot rest plate just stick on the the plastic or is it a replacement. ie Do I need to get another plastic foot rest to use the eBay ones. Also do they replace the rubber ones on the pedals as my E-brake rubber cover keeps falling off.

Looks like the eBay 1s need to be screwed on, they say drilling is required to fit.

Thanks,

James

Or go to Maplins, pick up some Polymorph and create your own supports and plastic reforms. I did mine. Doesn't have to look good as they are underneath the plate itself.

Heat it up in hot water and create some columns where the originals ones where. Takes a little while to cool down so you can take back to the car and push into place. I did mine over 12 months ago and still solid.
