.....That I returned to my GS450h THIS AFTERNOON following six weeks away in Spain.

I had left it with a 12 volt, 2.4 watt Solar Powered Trickle Charger (purchased from the AA) connected to the OBD Port beneath the Steering Wheel and lo and behold it fired up instantly.

I hope that this information is of some use/ comfort to fellow 450H owners particularly as I understand that the UK has not had much sunshine whilst I have been away.!

Hmm seems interesting! I left mine for 2 weeks while in portugal, and 2 weeks while in majorca and fired first time after each time. That was without assistance from a charger, but then i do astronomical mileage so the Battery is always charged! Good to know for anyone planning longer stints away though!
