Whistle Noise When Driving Over 40Mp

Need some advice bought my is 2 months ago no problem at all but iv notice a whistle noise when driving over 40mph only can hear it when the window is down and it's not that loud it stop when breaking and driving below 30mph. It sounds like it coming from the front wheels or something any advice what it could be?

And another thing is on my is the lower ball joints need replacing on both sides as it makes noise when parking now and then could that be the reason?

So today fort has I have time will go to a garage I know and tell him about the whistle impose I have been getting while driving so went and his said the front brake pads and disc need to be changed that's the cause of the whistle noise I guess that's next on my list of things to do.
