Silverstone Classic

I have never been but it looks incredible. Just wondering if anyone else is planning on going?

I visited and also mashalled (used to do some many years ago) at an historic car meet at donington park many years ago, it was a real blast to see some of them old car being ragged about the track.

The best bit for me was when charlie agg started his bright orange mclaren m8f, we were at the bottom of the craner curves and you could here it from there, bloody rocket ship and the noise was motoring porn. He won the race by a country mile.

So hot tip, if you can go then do it, it is a true motoring spectacle to see some of these old cars doing what they do best.
