Vip Pass

I’ve just had a pass in the post today, I’m trying to wait a bit for the used prices to drop a, but has anyone been to one of these VIP events, and are the offers and discounts, that much better than trying to haggle at any other time?. Thanks all.

Ill be honest, its just a way to make people think their "special" so to speak and walk into the showroom really. The discounts for new vehicles are no different to haggling and can sometimes be worse because they know over the VIP period, some silly fellow is going to get tempted and buy a new vehicle straight up.

Over 10 years, I have been to every single VIP event and have never walked out with a car. The deals are no good for new vehicles. If you are buying a pre-owned vehicle however, they can sometimes give out very good deals on them because they usually hold VIP events to shift stock.

Thats what i’m thinking, regarding the pre-owned cars, I might go along and have a look, nothing to lose, I guess.
