Spray On Wax/polish

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone,

just thought id share my handywork! I used a spray on polish/wax from turtle wax to do my car and was pleasantly surprised by the results, only took 20 mins and no hard buffing/rubbing just wipe on/wipe off, highly recommended!

greased lightning for me - spray on, wipe, buff - only ever had excellent results. It is sold as a waterless car wash, which I have never tried, so i always do a traditional wash , then use it for wax only.

I have a similar method, only instead of buying greased lightning, I buy Meguiars Last Touch by the US Gallon via eBay, and dilute it 1:1. Decant it into a spray bottle, and use it after each wash, but I agree, deffo NOT as a waterless wash.

Greased lightning for me too, after a wash, [the car not me].

Did risk trying it on a not very dirty area and it did seem to work with the recommended microfibre cloth.

As my LS is only twenty years old, I didn't risk it any further!
