Problem With Retrofited Lenses.

Hi! I just finish puting lenses inside oem is200 headlights. I can say that quality of light is just amazing, but i have some problem with aiming. I'm attaching photo to show you guys whats the problem. I think both light rays shoud create only one "step" in the middle. I can adjust height with white screw on height adjust engine, but how to set up sides? Is it that screw near indicator? I try to adjust it but nothing happen. Is it moving just an mirror or whole bulb holder?
