Hello and welcome to the LOC.

I am guessing that you actually know where the bulbs are located and are having trouble finding suitable replacements :)

The outers should be H4/HB2/9003 twin filament 3 pin connection types 55/60w

The inners should be H1 single filament 2 pin connection type 55W.

Readily available from motor factors,ebay,Amazon.

My 92 UZZ31 v8 takes 9005's in the inners and outers the locating lugs may need some filing to enable them to rotate for a proper fit , it is possible to buy them from toyota/ lexus dealers but I get super bright ones from Halfords.
