Morning all

Can anybody tell me how you get the AV to work from an Iphone, the manual is next to useless and I have scoured the internet and only found one post regards this which I have tried without any result, I've taken it back to lexus who also tried and couldn't get it to work, they told me to use a 4port 3.5mm jack from the phone to the AV socket which also didn't work
