dynamat or similar will help to deaden the sound but wont remove all rattles.. in fact it can create more!!

Bass pressure will always follow the path of least resistance so what you do at point a can move the rattle to point b!

i have found that a pack of blue tack helps with 'most' trim rattles as well as enusring that all trim is held down securely or screwed in properly..

you may however look rather starnge crawling round your listening for rattles!!!

will be good to see all of these ICE'd out cars at the meet!!

i agree, will have a good nosey as never really been into the ICE theme myself. some good builds from members on here though so will be good to see some in the flesh.

But ......no sitting there blasting 'toonz' from ur stereos - the corsa club will be round in their masses if they catch wind of that  :P

Couple of pics of my new hid kit, the ballasts are very small and thin and think there very good value for £59 for a PHILIPS hid Kit off eBay :D will fit them in the morning to see how good these ones are :D

Shows how big the ballasts are next to the bulb itself, so should be very easy to hide them B)

Bet you can't wait to get these on mate! What's the little black box attached to the ballast?

Thats the starter pack mate, most hid kits i've seen and owned have had them inside the ballast box? and these are supposed to a lot more reliable due to being an inline starter but dont quote me on that :whistling: good price though for a named brand :)

After seeing the ballasts on my car I think I'm going to start buying up old CPU fans and selling them for people to put on their ballasts

They look cool mate, like you say with them being smaller will hide away loads easier than the big chunky boxes you normally get!

Chris there is no end to your talents, again you should make a few of these if it doesn't take long an sell them on eBay, I'm lazy I would buy them lol... So I could just screw new speakers in without hacking up the stock ones :D

Did a bit more today for my car, Prepped and sprayed my TRD side skirts and Rob_lex's rear TTE skirt in primer ready for the top coats? Letting the primer harden off over night inside our boiler cupboard (just hope my other half doesnt go in there?) :whistling:

Got my paint mixed a couple of weeks ago and not sure if Rob wants me to have a go at his for him yet? but might do it if i get time and the paint sorted

Hopefully get them on the car this weekend and then i've just got to find a rear skirt for mine. :)

Good job mate, look forward to seeing how these come out :D

How do you apply the paint to these than mate, have you got a special applicator gun or something or does it come in an aerosol?
