Obviously I realise the colours themselves are not new, more of an update, I love my current interior, but I have to say, would swap for one of these without any hesitation! 😄
For what it's worth, apart from the valve damaged by the Scottish tyre fitter, the TPMS sensors on my machine are the originals. They've lasted 12 years, so far.
What they do is remove the sensor from the wheel, it just pulls out, once out, slide one bit upwards and there's the battery, replace the battery and slide it back down and put the sensor back in the wheel. Obviously garages will tell you they can't do it etc just to make some money.
Thanks everyone.
Went in to ATS today and they spent 90 minutes and cleaned the brakes and replaced bleed nipples as blocked and bled new fluid in. The rear nearside did have some air in as went round each caliper. Pads and disks/calipers all good. Said may need to change rear pads as 4.5mm of pad left. Said If I want to supply they'll fit them. Old brake fluid was dirty/old.
They now work much better!
Many thanks. James.
I have my eye on this one:

I already have my local car audio installer on standby if/when I purchase it. I believe it's pretty much plug and play with only minor modification required.
I've had my NX since November 17. Since then I've done 22900 miles and I keep a log of all fuel, mileage and what the OBD records.
my average MPG over that time is exactly 40 MPG, I reckon my OBD is 2% optimistic which isn't bad.
Most of my miles are driving the same route between Norfolk and Milton Keynes, mainly dual carriage way with bits of single carriage way and some spots where there is always traffic queues. I use the adaptive cruise control set to 70 MPH and rarely go over that
MPG is worse in winter than summer +/- 5MPG,
Traffic has mixed impact, short moving queues that the battery can manage improve MPG whereas long queues where the motor runs to charge the battery make it worse. Curiously times when there is no traffic at all seem to make the MPG worse.
There is no doubt that Hybrid driving requires a different style to get the best MPG and it's really easy to get a poor MPG by driving aggressively.
Mercedes don't come with Nav any more. All Mercedes drivers know exactly what they are going all the time 😜. And they are all extremely offended that we would even suggest otherwise 🙄.
Think its better to have some money put aside for tyres /wheels as per Lager shandy thoughts.
If your wheels were diamond cut on low profile tyres Imight think differently as a scuffed wheel rim on those is going to be around £140 a wheel to fix. With the RX there is a bit more rubber to protect them.
""The brake pads and disks were changed around 3 years ago by the previous owner,""
if this was the last time the calipers were 'worked' on then (as stated above ) the Caliper pins may have well siezed up causing your erratic braking symptoms.

Well presented video but the subject matter is very similar to the very first CT models. Nice up to date whistles and bells, some of which were undoubtably planned developments hatched prior to the launch of the CT range but essentially nothing radically different. I hope this is the last face lift of the mk1 CT.
Hi,
You don't say what work has been done on the braking system and when. If the brake fluid has not been changed in the last 2 to 3 years that would be a good place to start. You may be aware that brake fluid is hygroscopic - it absorbs moisture, so a high level does not exclude this possibility.
Buy the condition of the car, not the milometer, I have two vintage 2007, bought the RS400h last year with 400,000 KMs, about 240,000 miles, no history but great condition even on original battery.
Enjoy
