Take it from those that know, do NOT have any dealings with Mr John Churchill or his pseudo specialist Lexus dealership, Lexus Southwest. It’s being struck off as a registered company. The grim details are available on ‘IS 250 Automatic Wanted‘.1 point

Thanks Roy, keep ya posted. Keep well and safe in these strange circumstances we all find ourselves in. PeteTP1 point

Already on it, out with the PCP earlier today. 2 pigeons and 3 rabbits in half an hour. Already in the freezer. Like being a sixteen year old back in rural Cumbria again. Might get the deer lamp and shotgun out later. 🦌🦌 #reallifewalkingdead 😂😂1 point

Just bad luck probably, I've just got home from my amazing week in the wilds of Cornwall and all the fuel stations were open, fully stocked and just normal, or slightly less amount of customers. In Salisbury, which seems to be awash with fuel stations it was business as usual. Sadly, being peckish, I did buy a thing called a "potato dog" from the garage, that may have been a mistake!1 point

if your sitting in the drivers seat , on the right hand side edge of the vanity mirror i used my panel removal tool to release the 2 lugs that hold the mirror frame in place , when you are releasing the clips apply a little pressure to the mirror pulling it away from the visor it will then unclip, then slide the mirror unit to the right to remove it. if i can find the pictures i took i will post them up for you1 point

A few more pictures ..... No accidents (quickly touch head!), no pets, no smoke. No rust...anywhere on coachwork or wheels. In fact not missed a beat since I bought it. Paid to totally refurb (strip, dip and powder coat) all 4 of the alloys in Feb this year. Only wear’n’tear items that I’ve had since purchasing the car from new have been replacing the tyres (recent), discs and pads all round. Hopefully that provides an overview. PeteTP1 point

Dear All - I've received an email from the BMM to say that they are now closed until further notice therefore the LOC meet on the 18th April is postponed. It will be rescheduled as soon as possible1 point

Queuing outside a market or a shop was a part of our life during communism for nearly 50 years in Romania. In the 80’s we had food rationing: half a bread/day, 1kg of meat/week if we got lucky, 1l of milk per day only if you had kids, etc. Electricity was switched of at 8pm every day. It was terrible. I hope we are not going back to that globally1 point

I think cancelling any large gathering is just common sense right now. It’s disappointing, I know, but I reckon it’s for the best1 point

Morning Terry, Ive talked to herself and as the Govt have tightened restrictions further again we are now minimising social interaction as we have a 93 year old to deal with. To that end, showing and test-driving my IS probably isn’t compatible with our latest modus operandi. However, I am more than happy to share with you pictures of the car in question should you wish to further any interest you might have in it, once all this extreme abnormality has passed. The weather seems to be better today which will allow me to get some images. If you feel this is worthwhile, then just let me know and I’ll upload the pictures. Hope you see things from my point-of-view. PeteTP1 point

You may find that a simple greenhouse is a more efficient (and somewhat cheaper) alternative for keeping plants in. Unless they are of a "more extravagant" variety - in which case I quietly suggest that somewhere without windows, but with heating, lighting and a really efficient air-change system could be even better.1 point

To be honest, @B1RMA, I feel that this colour (body and wheel) combo looks best on the RC-F 😉1 point

Try swapping the bulbs over, side to side and see if the flickering moves with it. Would rule out a failing ballast?1 point

Nish, I have one headlamp with low-cost bulb and one with high-cost bulb. I cannot tell which is which. John1 point

You might have to leave it there for 3 months or so Howard. My advice would be; Leave in PARK Footbrake off Connect a battery charger e.g. CTEK MX5 Cover Steering Wheel and Dashboard with a sheet Cover entire car with a sheet and make sure that the Reg No. cannot be seen. Leave Alarm on and fully inflate tyres. and oh, lock the gate to your driveway! Good luck.1 point
