Sorry to hear of your problems mate, not been around for a while and to come back and hear of these few problematic chargers its a bit upsetting. Hope you get sorted soon. Close Rob, it was 188.8 at the wheels. So with around 21% transmision loss it about 227-228 at the engine :D -

I believe this is the TTE part number AM27636 and this is the TMME (Toyota Motor Marking Europe Number) PZ439-C1450-00 Take both to your dealer and ask them to check :)

Remove the screws from the top, then with the wheel on full lock, pull away the wheel arch lining and you'll see 2 screws I think, remove these then remove the headlight :) 5 min job :)

As Chris said they are plasma, didn't bother changing the bulbs as you don't need them now :)
