i feel scared that people are selling cars that they have been driving without knowing whats under there bonnet. i bet he insured it as a vectra v6 lol
im just getting the tracking sorted, it looks like when i got my car from the garage year and a half ago the wear started on the tyres, however since lowering it the wear was increased and resulted in balding on the inner edge quite severley.
sorting the tracking out may even improve my petrol consumption too hopefully
Are these available from all lexus dealers, i asked last year with the dealer i bought the car from and he quoted me 230 quid. once i had regained consciousness i walked out lol
yes those are the bad boys, I would get your tyres checked over, mine have been wearing away on the inner rim for some time, may be common fault as ive heard standard setups geometry was way out.
could be used as an excuse to get new rubber too
no much has to be done at 40k and 50k, maybe new plugs n points but nothing major. 100k is the biggy for new belts etc. the garage should be able to tell you what need to be done for your service.
just been to the boys to see what they can do and i need three new tyres and tracking sorted out, ive opted for kumhos due to the fact i dont want to pay over 400 quid for new dunlops.
anyone had any problems with kumhos before i purchase them at lunch???
ive got dunlop sp9000's and im looking to change soon as they arent cheap to replace, im keeping them on the back for the time being but looking at f1's or maybe vredesteins like my mates got on his gs300
guys i got a flat as i got to my work car park , has anyone had a dunlop sport9000 repaired before if so how much am i looking at as its got quite a bit of tread left, I dont want to fork out 150 notes for a new one just yet.
