  1. Edit: Found it :P. But I couldnt understand if theres a simple swap from the 1gfe to the 3sge, how mutch modification will i need to get the electric bits to work? Is it the hole loom or does the 3sge ecu work togehter with the existing loom from in the is200? Really gotta sort this out and theres no one in Sweden that I know of that can help me, so all the help I can get is worth gold to me.
  2. Hi, it´s like this. I´m thinking of a swap from my 1g-fe to a 3s-ge. So, what I´d like to know is how mutch problems there going to be with the electrics? And what of the existing parts in the enginebay works/not works with the 3s-ge? And what would be the biggest hazzle? The reason for not just buying an rs200 is that I live in Sweden and don´t want to drive on the wrong side :P . And a sc is out of the Q because my tranny is about to call it the day and the engine have rolled over 110000km. I´m extemly greatful for all the help i can get!! The engine I´ve been looking at is complete with: -Block -Complete Head -Intake Manifold -Throttle Body -Power Steering pump -Lower Engine/transmission harness -Cam Angle Sensor -Bell housing bolts -Exhaust Manifold -Alternator -Starter -Fuel Rail -Injectors -Canister -ECU -6 Speed Transmission - Engine Wiring Harness (UN-CUT) -Misc Parts
  3. Hmm, I really don´t now. But I have the same problem, came after the lowering of the car.. It knocks when i turn/brake and sometimes it sqeeks, hope someone knows what it is..
  4. Just click on the link to his garage, it´s the last three photos.. Gonna look good mate!! Good luck with the install..
  5. Hehe, nice one Mat.. I´m going for the performance. The thing in Sweden is that it´s not legal to put a s/c or turbo on the car so I´m starting of with the handling. Later on I might disregard the legal bit of everything and mount a turbo in it, but thats then.. And for the moment I´ll go for the uprated springs and shocks :) Marcus
  6. Hi all... I now desided to get the chassi fixed under the winter.. And I would like to now what you think of this setup?! Yellow Koni chock absorbers. Trd uprated bushes. Prolex under chassis braces. Trd uprated anti-roll bar. And for the springs I allredy have the Apex ones, lowers 35mm.. So what do you guys think of the outcome? Will it be **** or will it be good? And by the way, sorry for my crappy english
  7. Ok, not to be rude or something.. But honestly, it sounds like most of you guys are driving on summertires!? If that´s the case, use your brain, buy winter tires!! And put som cement or sandbags in the trunk.. Here in Sweden we have snow from nov til april, and I´ve never had any problems driving in it... As someone said before, go to a big parkinglot and drive the **** out of the car.. It´s the funniest and best way to learn how to handle a car rwd,fwd and 4x4... And don´t come say that the tires are expensive.. Sounds like most of you buy another car in the wintertime.. Hehe, sorry if I sound like a bad tomato :P.. But the thing is that, it´s almost never the car thats bad in snow, it´s the driver...
