  1. this doesnt look very good. did u think the plane was not in the sea?? its a very tragic accident and i really hope they uncover the full reasons behind it.
  2. no mate, it stays on unless i switch the ignition off and start it again.....which kinda leads me to think it might be the scangauge making the car throw a wobly?? u didn't go near the ABS sensor did u fella....even if u did, it would surely throw the light up all the time....? not at all.. it must be the scanguage. cant you disconnect it to see if that eliminates it? yea will do shortly, but in the lab at the mo, lol.....
  3. no mate, it stays on unless i switch the ignition off and start it again.....which kinda leads me to think it might be the scangauge making the car throw a wobly?? u didn't go near the ABS sensor did u fella....even if u did, it would surely throw the light up all the time....?
  4. Did a fair bit of work to the car today (see other thread later today/tomorrow)- including changing the drivers side headlight, and fitting a new headunit. During this my scangauge was disconnected and only re-connected when everything was complete. What i've now found is that the ABS warning light flashes when i switch the car to 'ON' or to turn over. but if i switch it straight back off and on again, there is no warning light...... any ideas?? i seem to remember reading that the scangauge can cause some lights to come on if its disconnected then re-connected, but i dunno how to get rid of that problem. The scangauge is showing no diagnostic faults with the car so doubts its an ABS sensor etc etc. any help appreciated cheers rob
  5. I'll be there on the saturday and sunday :D B) think there will be a few other members from the midlands also..... :winky:

  8. Dont want anythin for it mate apart from a couple of those legendary cakes. Lol!
  9. I'll sort u out mate just give me a few days to find it lol as not long moved house
  10. think i saw carbon fibre JDM style rear spoilers like urs over on the US ebay matey, but like u say, i've never seen another over here in this country and painting it would be a bit mad. lol. think with a bit more carbon fibre touches wozza then it'll all look very nice and everything will compliment each other. cars looking good mate. keep up the good work. rob
  11. car stance looks great now wozza. bet the handling is bang on as well, especially with ur arbs... still not sure on the spoiler though matey, i've never quite worked out if i like that design or not. anything else planned in the near future then fella??
  12. @redz, have a go at the gear change in my car when i see u next mate - i have a B&M kit on mine and i absoloutly LOVE IT!! its brilliant and makes the gear change soooooo much shorter and quicker - does take some getting used to initially though.
  13. Hi Patrik, if you still in the market for a supercharger, (and i hope you get your money back for this one mate) I have what i consider one of the best tte superchargers that i know of coming up for sale in August, and i'm sure you will be happy with the power this charger puts out mate :D what exactly do u mean by one of the best TTE chargers u know of mate?? u mean condition wise, or the fact that it seems to give more bhp than others have??
  14. means didly to me but i'm sure we'll sort it! lol. cheers mate
  15. ahh right.....will i need one of these aerial adapters then?? how exactly will i know?? i have a pioneer headunit and hoping to crack on with the fitting on saturday
  16. lovely motor mate!! stunning in fact!! i'm toying with one of these or a 350Z next i'm afraid to say! what sort of power is urs putting out fella?? BTW, have you seen the rotrex conversion TTS in silverstone offer for the S2000?!?!?! Their demo car is insane - 450bhp mate with the stage 2 upgrade IIRC!
  17. can only speak from what i've seen in the past mate but Tint R are very very good!!
  18. remember though mate, plod have the tendency to not be very nice to people who have the fronts tinted dark (assuming its the fronts u were thinking of) :shutit: :tsktsk:
  19. That's good, I paid £500 to have the kit sprayed and fitted, but the bumper needed a lot of prep work as I wanted it stripped back completely before painting so I guess that was part of the reason.......... well this bumper needs stripping back as its in red at the mo and has stonechips and crazing in the laquer so will need some work. only problem is that the colour match is gonna be a royal PITA as i dont want it blending into the bonnet etc so i can replace my original bumper at a later date when i sell the car and have the colour match fine..... the price i was quoted excludes fitting, but the bumper *should* be reasonably straightforward??
  20. yea hitting the ocean at that speed etc would be like hitting a brick wall?? i've been through/close to a thunderstorm in a plane before and scared the poop out of me!! could see the lightning bolts from the window and smell the ozone from the static - scary stuff. question i have though, and maybe rob could answer this, if a plane was to get hit by lightning, surely it would act like a Faraday cage and therefore not compromise any of the integrals of the plane??
  21. any pics of the interior mate?? does look in top nick that fella!! bet ur happy. how much do they fetch anyhow for a similar one mate?
