  1. Hi I have a late 2002, SCARLATTI RED, with the orangy style leather, forget the actual name. When it was new this leather was an extra. and it looks the "dogs" The SC is a head turner for sure, and be honest have you seen a better looking car ??, maybe he AM but thats about it. Problems My main issues have been the road holding and the braking when the roof is down, battery. The road holding was down to poor geometry, once it was fixed, no problems
  2. I read somewhere that they were designing a true 2 door roadster. Sure it mentioned it would be upwards of the cost of a 911. +£80k. Note sure if they will develop more around the current shape. 2006 changes I understand are very good and the new gearbox makes a difference.
  3. I've got a 2002, absolutely brilliant Some early problems with the tracking / geometry, cost £100 quid to fix Yes the battery's could be better. 4 x new tyres recently Eagle F1s, superb Dream, then enjoy.
  4. Hi Got your message Cheers. Should have added, that my car has only done 32k, Expect that it was the roof being up and down like the proverbial over the recent summer. Lexus Canterbury made no mention of warrenty etc BUT as they say 2Its All Right Now"
  5. Hi Thanks to all who responded After 2 roadside callouts, the 2nd time the RAC guy tested the battery, said it was shagged. So ened up with a new one from the dealership, 65 quid. Cheers

  7. Hi Need a new battery, whats the best ???? and is there a specific part number ??? Cheers
  8. See some comments on the US board around the brake warning light coming on in low temperatures, I have the same problem, only started the past week or so, goes out after the car is warmed up. No buzzer.
  9. :) Hi, thanks to the guys who responded, just had the car in to Lexus Canterbury, they have done a great job, it was completely shagged in terms of the tracking etc. Seems I was running on the inside edge of both front tyres, with little surface contact in the middle and outside edge. Te minutes / degrees in terms of the geometry settings before and after looks are dramatically diferent. It is like driving a new car, but l cost me over a hundred quid though. But, nfidence restored.
  10. Hi, only had my SC430 since June, its done 11,000, but in that time I have had 4 ocassions where the back end has "twitched" a bit. First 2 doing only 10 mph. and only the kerb in a private road stopped it going a full 360. It was light drizzle type conditions. Then this morning, similar conditions, coming off 2 diff. mini roundabouts. At no time was there any agressive power being put down. Some confidence buildinfo will be appreciated. Driving lessons advice not acceptable. Cheers
  11. I just took delivery of an SC a few months ago, considered the usual suspects, and settled on a deal with hatfield. 02 reg, 7k miles, great price. Delighted and convinced I made the right choice. I am all over the country and since June I have seen only 4/5 similar models on the road, so there is a bit of exclusivity. As for costs, get about 340 miles from a full tank. Go for hit
