I used to use Baby wipes to do mine. Get 4 or 5 at a time and scrunch them up into one 'ball'. Worked a treat.

I had this problem. It turned out to be the lower ball joints on the car. Once i got those changed the clunk went away.

yes mate, no worries. I'll find out by the end of the day. I got one of those presale codes from O2 at about 5am yesterday, saying i could book online from 7am. After about an hour of trying i eventually got a chance to purchase some on ticket master. The tickets are for 01/02/2010 concert. My friend who lives near the O2 has gone down to see if he can get any for the summer concerts instead, so if he gets the tickets then i'll let you know, If not we will be keeping I'll keep you posted either way.

I managed to get some in the end yesterday. Me and my mate have 6 between us, so there is a chance that i may have 2 going spare. If so i'll let you guys know on here. They're all the £75 tickets and i'd simply be looking for face value + the ridiculous booking fees they charge. As i say, its not definite, but if i do have some spare i shall post in here.

There will maybe be some tickets available on Friday have to see. You had to fill the pre-reg in last week to possibly get sent a code. No i think thats only the Glastonbury tickets not these. I dont know about o2 customers but if you pre-registered then there was a chance you'd get sent a code. it wasnt gaurenteed. i applied twice and got two codes. But i just dont ahve the spare cash thats hanging around till July so i gave the codes away to members on here rather than buying tickets. Stav Yeh i applied by email and by text but i didnt get any codes :(

Nice car mate. Good choice. I'm def wanting an Auto for my next car as i'm lazy! In hindsight, should have gone one for my car, but there was a 4 month waiting list and the car i got was a canceled order. I was too impatient to wait.

Thanks for all your tips guys. I had noticed that a lot of places mention the 1.8 has problems with head gasket. Its one of the later original models hes after, with the facelift. Like this one for example. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FREELANDER-TD4-SE-04...A1%7C240%3A1308 I'm not sure if these later ones had the original problems ironed out or not. I'm trying to persuade him to get a RX300, but he needs something a bit more economical as its going to be a load lugger more than anything.

Well i thought my IS200 was bad in the snow, my CLC took it to a whole new level today. Trying to get up a hill, not too steep, about 100 yards, took frigging ages. In the meantime an L Reg Fiat Punto sailed past! Eventually managed to get up by taking off the traction control and hammering it in first gear all the way up. I was at basically 4 degrees all the way up. The fatter, wider tyres take bad snow handling to a whole new level for me!
