Hi. I have a 2001 IS200 Navigator. I don't seem to have any literature for the sat nav system and can't see any reference to it in the Lexus owners handbook. I need to change the 'home' setting as it is still set for the previous owner and it seems to be calculating distances and journeys from that point and not from my home. Can anyone help please? It would be much appreciated. Cheers

I think you should consider yourself extremely fortunate. I got done doing 64 mph in a 60mph limit in 2000. £60 fine and 3 points. The really galling thing was that there were cars absolutely flying past me that day but I bet they all got away with it! -

How much do a set of HID's cost and how much better than the standard units are they please? Are they easy to fit? Cheers

I have a 2001 IS200 SE which I have only owned for 4 months but absolutely love. The rear window is constantly misting up, during this cold weather. It clears quite fast but will mist up again after the car has sat for a couple of hours. It feels very cold on the inside and almost 'icy'. Is it just the weather or is it a common fault. Hi all. Have a 2001 IS200 SE with sat nav built in to top of dash. The cd with the system does not have my home address on it. House was built in 2000 so not sure why its not on there. Can you get newer versions of the cd and if so where from and how much please? Cheers in advance for any info, appreciate it.

Ian- Cheers for the reply. This noise is definitely coming from inside the car not outside. Also it can happen at 5 mph right up to 80 mph so it is not speed dependent at all. It definitely sounds 'plasticy' if you see what I mean. It almost as if part of a piece of plastic trim is not connected properly. Have to carry on the search. Cheers again

Hello. I have a 2001 IS200 in Aztec Fire. The car has been superb so far and I really love it. However it has recently developed a 'plasticy clicky' sound from somewhere inside the cabin when cornering or hitting a pothole etc. Sometimes it seems to be coming from the sunroof surround and others from somewhere around the passenger front door. Anyone ever had anything similar please? All advice gratefully accepted. Cheers all
