  1. Hi guys, Does anyone have a Stock Radio Deck for a GS300 EUROPEAN model, by any change ? I have a GS300 (1998) which came from the USA, including also the original USA-model radio of course. Outside they look the same, but there is a difference on the inside, which prevents me to get all radio stations here in The Netherlands: I can only get stations with an uneven digit at the end, for example 98,1 en 98,3 and no 98,2, 98,4 etc. So I would like to replace is with an European-model radio if I can find one. Anyone who can help me out ?? Cheers, Fred
  2. I'll wait for your pictures ... if this one of the first MK2 models (starting in 1997 if I am correct) I might be able to help you out with a headlight. I live in The Netherlands, Europe an we also have LHD here ... :winky:
  3. From The Netherlands: (= Happy New Year) to all the LOC-members. :winky:

  5. Gord, can you PM me some info / pics on the rims you have for sale ? Regards, Fred
  6. Thanks again, nice forum you have !! :winky:
  7. OK, thanks mates ... I will not buy them. :) The search for a nice set of wheels continues ...... :winky:
  8. You are, I forgot: offset of these rims is 30 quite a difference with the standard 50 (if I am correct). :duh:
  9. Hi, I would like to buy a nice set of wheels and tires for my 1998 GS300, which still has the original 16"rims. Someone here in the Netherlands offers a set of Keskin KT-4 rims 18x8,5 with 235/40/18ZR front and 265/35/18ZR back. Will these fit or will I get problemes (rubbing, brakes etc.) ? Hope to get some good advices from you !! :) Thanks ! Fred
  10. Thanks for a nice welcome, guys ! :) To give a few answers: I live at the Westcoast of The Netherlands, a few miles from Hoek van Holland (known for its ferry to the UK). Indeed the Subaru was much faster, but it it had not much comfort, a less quality an I needed some more space. Did not miss my Subaru for a second so far ... :winky: Cheers ! Fred
  11. Hi guys, I'm new here and just want to introduce myself and my Lexus, hope this is the right place. :) My name is Fred, I live in The Netherlands and am the proud owner of a GS300 MY98 since a couple of weeks (see pics). The car is an USA-model that was shipped to my country a couple of years ago, when the first owner emigrated from the USA to The Netherlands. I have all the information about the car, it's maintenance, etc. from new and it just drove 41000 mile since then. I have 2 sets of wheels and tires: 16" lightmetal ones and also another set with snowtyres, but I intent to buy 17"or 18" new onces after this winter. Any suggestions on makes and types are more than welcome (pics also, of course). :winky: This car is reallly something else comparing to the (+ 300 hp) Subaru Impreza Turbo I drove untill now. Hope to be here quite often and learn a lot form you. Greets, Fred
