Thanks guys I will try them Rob, I prob need to visit a gym at one stage just to make sure I'm doing it all correctly. Like I said I'm not a fitness freak, just want to try an be healthy before I get out of control and it becomes really hardwork. Shall be doing them during our favorite time, 10pm Big Brother time while watching ;)

Well it passed the MOT today at last, not used it since Feb. Had new Calipers fitted so need to paint them & put the stickers on again, also finally fitted the Mintex front Discs & Pads. Got to clean up the car a little bit & then sort a few more things out while wait for the Tax in the post, then can get some pics up & be back on the road again yay!!! Maybe even make it to some meets, this year...

Do you get english channels there like channel 4 & I may lol..

Hi guys me yet again, I've found myself with alot of free time in the evenings so started to look to exercise to fill my time as I'm starting to let myself go abit eek & it can only be good for me.. :shutit: Just started doing some light dumbbell weights doing basic bicep curls to make myself feel better, I have no muscles at all in my arms. Not looking to be muscle man or anything just to tone up a tad so will sort myself there ;) I'm not a huge fan of gyms although never given it a chance, just dont want to be in a contract at the mo when i maybe moving soon. But what I really want to work on is the abs, this is where I need any tips. I just do good old crunches on the floor at the mo, I can feel them so they must be working. :P But I want to know if anyone has tried these sort of machines to speed up the process or help out Slender Tone are they good, bad, just waste of money & stick to my crunches & give it more than the week I've been doing lol... Now you may say you need to do Cardio as well & I quite enjoy running, but I currently can't do much cardio due to an issue with my knee that I got to have scanned soon & op'ed on, then hopefully throw some running into balance everything. Look forward to your replys guys :)

just for future reference if u dont inform ure insurance u r driving without ure mot, even if ure on way to mot station and u have a crash they can and will refuse a pay out untill u produce a valid mot, wich will be impossible for u to do. Thanks it's all MOT now phew anyway, just not going to drive till the tax disc arrives even though I can for 5 days. But I just don't need the hassle if I can avoid it which I can.. So looking forward to the post ;)

Indeed it is now the brakes work lol.. just got to find the paperwork when i get home. I had a lovely file with all the car stuff in so I didn't lose them, but now I've lost the file haha..

Indeed it has Tommy, I broke the head off the screw when I removed it so need to drill it out. It was old & very rusty.. It'll cost you less than a tenner for a new one from Lexus/Toyota. Of course you could pick one up from a breaker's too, but then again that'll probably be quite rusty as well. I cleaned mine up a bit and repainted them when I fitted my radiator panel. Sorry Steve I still have the bracket cleaned up & painted, just cant fit it as the screw is stuck in there...lol this pic is also like 3 months old ;)

I've always wanted to have a go at it, but I class myself as just a normal person so I wouldn't get through..lol I'd also not like the rest of the country hateing me just because I've been on this show ;) even when I've never personally met them like I put in my first comment. I put I dislike them already but I only see what BB wants to show me & they put strange people in there to entertain us of course. In real life I'm sure there probably all slightly more normal an likeable.

So anyone watching Big Brother, yes I hate it to but I have nothing else to do at this time of night & there is nothing else on sadly. So I know I will watch it loads over the summer haha, Sophie is HOT!! So bound to be my favorite & will be sent packing & boo'ed by the public soon enough. Anyone else watch it? Love or Hate? I bought some Mintex Front Discs & Pads like a year or so ago from ebay think they were around the £80 mark, literally had them fitted last week as need them for the MOT so shall report back if there any good. But cant see them being any worse then my old ones that were on the way out clearly..lol

No it will be SORN still Steve as you need the MOT to get the Tax as you said ;) so I assume it must be ok without tax to & from will find out tomorrow. As soon as it passes I'll go on the net & do the tax, then back here to look for Santa Pod ticket :P

you could try ebay for a cheap option or direct from the dealers but I expect there more expensive I'm not to sure.

I can see why Ferrari will sulk about that as well with KERS being scrapped as they said in the interview they spents loads on it, but still they can't win which is such a shame for me anyway.. Must say I did enjoy the race today though, alot better not having adverts on all the way through it as well.

Great stuff mate, I see it depends alot on being pre-booked in which it is so I should be ok. Won't take longer than 5mins to get there anyway, but being a small town a police car is bound to pass me with my luck lol..

Hi guys I have the car booked in for an MOT tomorrow, now it's not had a MOT since Feb & I declared it SORN at the same time as it could not be used clearly, but it's still insured. I just need to know am I legally allowed to drive to the MOT station(to hopefully pass) on the other side of town tomorrow? I don't want to be risking points on my licence etc or fines I can not afford, I also have no other way of getting the car there then driving it. Any help asap will be appreciated.
