  1. I have an IS200 with Sat Nav but the monitor keeps playing up on the Sat Nav. I have to give it a whack to get the picture back, but that method is slowly becoming less succesful with each whack. Does anyone know where i can get a replacement screen, without going direct to Lexus?? Many thanks
  2. I have bought a replacement Air con etc control panel for my IS200 as my current one has been all scratched up and it looks like the previous owner stuck a mobile phone holder on it. Anyway, is it just a case of swapping them over? Someone said that i would have to get it calibrated or something by Lexus as it has outside temp and clock controls etc on it. Thanks
  3. Thanks people, i will have a look for Ellz in the forum. The thumping option is ok, but very embarrasing when your taking a lady out and trying to impress
  4. I have a IS200 T reg with Sat Nav, but the screen keeps flickering on and off and sometimes only comes in a purply colour. If i give it a whack the colour sometimes comes back. Othrtimes the pic disapears altogether, but the voice still works. Is this a problem with the screen or the cable? How can it be remedied? Also, does anyone know if i can play normal DVD's through the sat nav system? Thanks
  5. I have a T reg (99) IS 200 with 74k on the clock and it judders when i pull away in first gear and can somethimes be difficult to get into gear. Is this a common problem? Does this mean i need to repalce my clutch? If so does anyone know any good garages in North London / Hertfordshire? Thanks
  6. I have been informed by my stereo installer that if i fit my clarion head unit in my 99(T) IS200 SE Navigator, i will lose the use of my Sat Nav! What is all that about! I got the dreaded ERR3 message and nothing i do will get rid of it. Surely there must be a way of getting around this?? I think we should put pressure on Lexus to make a cheap adapter for this problem seeing that the ERR3 is synonimous with IS200 stereo units. Anyone know any ways around this that wont cost an arm and a leg?
