  1. just to let anyone whos interested know, there is a brand new front oem spoiler for the new generation IS250 on ebay, painted in black onyx/paint code 202. :winky:
  2. Old as in old and grey as in the wrong colour lol :winky: just joking, didnt mean to offend anyone, its just that i always see the sc430 as a car for the more mature person. I ought to test drive one really, it will prob change my whole outlook on this model, couldnt have one though , two kids, two dogs you understand, anyway hope i didnt offend you thommo. you have a lexus badge on the front of your motor, that speaks for itself
  3. I also saw the program and have to say i think or thought the sc range look a bit gay BUT i have to say that the sc featured looked the tits in the red and i prefered it to the two others, my mate has a 911 3.6 twin turbo about 60 grands worth, its great for a blast but its not an everyday car its awsome 0-60 and road holding but like i said not for daily use they are just a rich mans toy. The sc430 was the best choise in my opinion but i will stick to my fantastic is250 as im sure you IS owners will agree. ps; the sc430 may be for me when im old and grey lol
  4. Ive just filled the in the questioneer too, Whats newspapers got to do with anything??? "Very strange" Oh well anything for a freebee!! :winky:
  5. I have all the windows tinted in my is250 sport and touch wood havent been stopped so far, my tinting bloke said if plod can see you in the car (through the glass) they will seldom stop you, its these silly billys who think they are the mafia and have their windows pitch who get pulled, I also questioned this before i had mine done, dont want to spend all that dosh only to have to take it off, go as dark as you can but make sure that you can just be seen through. Failing that every time you clock plod open both the front windows and keep them open until they have buggered off. :winky:
  6. changing the subject ever so slightly, i keep hearing you guys quote the prices you pay for your is250`s and all seem to be from £450 upwards, these quotes are also dependant on the postcodes and the crime figures in your area ie;car theft etc, alright i live in norfolk but i only pay £200 comprehensive for me and the wife with priviledge, the joanna lumly insurance company but you do have to have 5yrs ncb, give them a try they may save you a few quid.
  7. HI John, Not so good news for me as i have to be back very early afternoon so unfortunatly i will not be attending this meet, hope this will not cause you a problem as you gave me a pass to park on the stand. disapointing for me as it will only be my second meet and i was hopping to see a few modded is250`s and to have a chin wag to get some ideas, i will keep my eyes open for info on the next meet and hope all you guys have a great day. cheers, jon.
  8. norfolkboy+family not sure which day yet but will be one deffo.
